IF IT RAINS..... IT'S FREE - Exclusive to Shamin Customers!       RULES AND REGULATIONS

 

1. Any individual who purchases any item from Shamin Jewellers Bridal Collection and registers their wedding day with us, at least 30 days in advance, is entitled to a 100% refund  (excluding sales taxes) on said purchase, if it rains 5 cm or more on their registered wedding day.   Claimant must provide proof that the date registered was the official wedding day.   

 

2. All merchandise purchased must be paid for in full at least 30 days prior to the registered day in order to qualify for a cash prize in the event of rain as defined in rule 1.

 

3. The “official rainfall” accumulation will be measured and determined by Environmental Canada Weather Station located at Vancouver International Airport.  Accumulation must be within 24 hours from the hours of 12 midnight to 11:59pm.   Please do not call the weather station, numerous phone calls disrupt the station’s activities and weather data will not be given out over the phone.  Weather data is available online at www.weatheroffice.gc.ca.

 

4. Customer must sign the invoice waiving any rights to a CASH REFUND on any returned goods that qualify for this promotion.  However, Shamin’s will gladly exchange the returned item for any other item of same value up to 30 days after purchase date.

 

5. In the event of “Rainfall” as defined in Rule 1 and measured pursuant to Rule 3, cash prizes will be given out 45 days after the event date, to qualified persons.

 

6. In order to receive a cash prize, the following procedures must be followed:

- The original sales receipt must be presented along with photo identification.

- A refund will only be given to the original purchaser.

 

7. Shamin Jewellers reserves the right to stop this promotion at any time and only honour those purchases made prior to the cancellation of the promotion.

 

8. Employees of Shamin Jewellers and their direct family members, employees of any of its affiliated companies and employees of our major suppliers are not eligible.

 

If for any reason, any of the above “procedures” are not followed, a prize/refund will not be granted.
